These terms describe the agreement between you and Ufeja when you use our website and booking services.

Using Ufeja

You must provide accurate account and traveller information, keep your login details secure, and use the platform lawfully. You are responsible for checking the details of a booking before payment.

Prices and payments

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified and the relevant supplier confirms the reservation. Payment-provider fees, where shown, form part of the amount you authorise.

Supplier rules

Flights, tickets, stays, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes may be subject to the rules of the relevant supplier. A reservation and a ticket are separate steps where the supplier requires offline ticketing.

If something goes wrong, contact info@ufeja.ng with your booking reference or PNR. We will explain the current status and the next available action.
